Let you and your guests be greeted by ancient olive trees and an immense sky, serving welcome drinks in the vegetable garden, in the beehive garden, in the meadows, or in venues such as the hotel bar, the winery rooms or the 200 year old olive mill room, all interconnected by outdoor terraces, where all can be entertained and catered with fresh farm to table food. Our menus are a showcase of the seasons and of the best ingredients from our own organic garden and other local familiar producers. We serve our wines, produced in the winery next door. The estate boasts its own organic beef herd of pedigree cows and is set amidst a wonderful game country, where even the pigs roam wild feeding on the oak trees & acorns. We can customise your menu. Our gardens are available to receive your guests, to serve as a backdrop to your photo shoot or even to accommodate seated gatherings: meadows filled with wild flowers and perennial grasses, a vast vegetable garden and orchard, vineyards, olive groves and even a small lake resultant from an ancient Roman dam. All the estate can be used as a setting to your special day. If you wish to lengthen your stay or the stay of one of your guests, our rooms both at the hotel and in the cottages, offering luxurious comfort and all the amenities, are just perfect.
