Beyond Weddings is led by Alison Hargreaves, one of the most experienced and well-connected figures in the luxury wedding industry. Alison has more than 30 years’ experience working with venues, planners and destination partners internationally.
In 2025, Sasha Hargreaves joined the business, bringing a contemporary perspective shaped by her previous career as an internationally recognised equestrian, influencer and brand ambassador.
Beyond Weddings is supported by a logistics and operations team that underpins international research, travel and professional coordination.
