The information visible publicly represents only part of what is held on file. Professional planners can also access the deeper insights we hold on file. These insights are built through direct conversations, site visits, international travel and long-standing professional relationships. These additional resources often include detailed video walk-throughs of venues.
Most of our resources are aimed towards planners based in the UK or US, and planners working with couples from the UK or US, as well as ex-pats. We have a range of venues, from those suited to European style weddings, to larger event spaces for multi-day South Asian and multicultural weddings.
Promoting your services to couples
Most couples start researching venues and destinations before they contact a wedding planner. We recommend the planners featured on Beyond Weddings to couples using the platform to research.
We also use comments, testimonials and recommendations from planners on our venue profiles. This is a great way to align your business with relevant and highly credible venues.
There is a nominal fee for us to feature your business on Beyond Weddings and promote you to our couples. However, just as with our venues, we only represent planners that we feel are the right fit for our audience.

We are trusted by venues and tourism authorities to recommend reputable planners. As such we prioritise the planners that we regularly interact with, and members of the UK Wedding Association, for these opportunities.

Every year we attend international wedding conferences such as EPEX, Dubai Wedding Symposium, Creativity Conference and RSVP Symposium to meet relevant international planners. In most cases we work as a media partner for the conferences to give planners additional exposure. We are members of RSVP Club.
Is Beyond Weddings only for destination wedding planners?
Beyond Weddings is designed for planners working with luxury, international, destination or multi-day weddings where venue quality, aesthetic alignment and experience are critical.
Is all venue information publicly available?
No. Only part of the information held by Beyond Weddings is published publicly. Registered planners may access deeper destination insight and venue context.
What does “high budget” mean in practice?
High budget refers to weddings where the overall investment reflects the level of venue, experience and service involved. Costs vary by destination, but we are the best fit for planners working with couples with a total wedding budget of £100,000 or more, or an average spend of £500+ per guest.
