Knowsley Hall is reserved entirely for you on your wedding day. With exclusive use of the house and gardens, you and your guests enjoy complete privacy across the estate.
The Hall accommodates up to 132 guests for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 180 guests for an evening reception.
There are 17 luxury bedrooms available, comprising 15 en-suite rooms and two bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. A minimum of 15 bedrooms must be booked when hosting a wedding at Knowsley Hall. Bedroom rates include a full English and continental breakfast based on two guests sharing, with prices starting from £230 per room in 2026.

This flexibility means you can design a full weekend of celebrations, making the most of your exclusive stay.
Elegant Ceremony Spaces
The Stucco Ballroom, created in the 18th century, offers a truly romantic setting. Gold-leaf details, an original fireplace, and space for 132 guests make it a standout choice for ceremonies. During the warmer months, you can also move outdoors. The terrace, with views of manicured lawns, the lake, and a fountain, provides a magical backdrop for drinks and canapés.
Celebrate in Style
Knowsley Hall offers a variety of rooms, each with its own atmosphere. The Walnut Drawing Room is perfect for a drinks reception. The grand staircase and Capability Brown gardens provide iconic spots for photo opportunities.
Bar service runs until 12:00am, with a music licence until 12:30am. Overnight guests can continue in the residents’ lounge until 2:00am.

Knowsley Hall offers flexible catering options depending on the size of your wedding.
For intimate celebrations of up to 30 guests, catering can be provided in-house, including breakfast and smaller wedding events.
For larger weddings, couples can select from one of Knowsley Hall’s four approved catering partners, providing flexibility in menu style and service approach.:

Catering packages for adult guests start from £125 per person. A minimum of 60 adult day guests and 80 evening guests applies.
