The Casterton Grange Estate

The Casterton Grange Estate is a new exclusive hire venue set in 50 acres of private countryside, situated on the edge of the Lake District. It is a truly magical venue possessing an impressive sense of grandeur yet an all-important sense of fun!

The Casterton Grange Estate is comprised of a Victorian mansion with nine ensuite double bedrooms, a delightful cottage, a newly renovated barn conversion and a beautiful lodge house, sleeping a total of 34 guests (extra bedrooms available on request). All properties are decorated to an impeccable standard and include all modern conveniences. Grand or intimate, indoor or out - Casterton Grange is flexible, fabulous and the perfect venue to begin your happily ever after. Facilities include interconnecting reception rooms, a billiards room with a full size snooker table and bar, Sonos speakers throughout and a second kitchen for catering. The grounds are home to a lake, a natural aisle for summer weddings, a tennis court, a walled kitchen garden and an abundance of flora and fauna. There are several sites with enviable backdrops to pitch a marquee or tipi for larger weddings, or even a whole glamping village for extra accomodation! Once you are inside the gates of The Casterton Grange Estate it feels like a private and isolated haven. However, The Estate is deceptively easy to reach. It is situated just outside the up-market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, just 10 minutes from the M6 and 20 minutes from the train station at Oxenholme with direct links to all major UK cities.
