Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all advertising and partnership agreements with Beyond Weddings Ltd.
All advertising and partnership agreements with Beyond Weddings Ltd operate on a minimum 12-month term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services and pricing are outlined in the relevant proposal or advertising page.
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Beyond Weddings Ltd reserves editorial discretion and cannot guarantee commercial outcomes.
Total liability shall not exceed the fee paid under the agreement.
Governing law: England and Wales.
Refund & Cancellation
All advertising packages are contracted for 12 months.
Once services have commenced, fees are non-refundable.
Early termination does not remove obligation to pay the full annual fee.
Beyond Weddings reserves the right to terminate agreements where Terms are breached.
