The Creativity Conference

What is The Creativity Conference?

The Table Design Exhibition 2024 in Turkey did far more than showcase floral designers and event planners. It also delivered a full day of B2B meetings and a packed schedule of conference seminars. With prestigious speakers and interesting panellists, the conference explored creativity and innovation across the global events industry. It also highlighted emerging trends, cultural insight and, importantly, the growing push for sustainability.

In the short clip below, luxury event stylist Jen Gould shares her insights on how each designer brought a unique perspective to the exhibition’s theme.

Our Takeaways from Antonio Paraiso’s Keynote

Antonio Paraiso’s keynote gave planners and designers clear, practical ideas. He focused on how art can elevate luxury weddings and reshape the client experience. He also stressed that art is not decoration. Instead, it is a strategic tool that shapes client perception, strengthens your brand and supports premium pricing.

He shared four core principles:

  • “Artification” is Key. Think beyond traditional wedding planning. Transform your services into works of art by incorporating artistic elements, weaving captivating stories, and drawing inspiration from diverse cultures.
  • Inspiration is Everywhere. Look beyond the obvious. Find inspiration in art, history, cultural traditions, and sensory experiences to create truly unique and memorable weddings.
  • Tell Compelling Stories. Every wedding has a unique story. Weave these narratives into the event planning process, incorporating cultural elements and personal touches to create a deeply meaningful and emotionally resonant experience.
  • Embrace Collaboration. Partner with artists, musicians, and other creatives. Integrate their talents into every aspect of the wedding planning process, from venue selection and decor to entertainment and guest experiences.

Paraiso challenged wedding planners and designers to view art as a strategic asset, not just an aesthetic addition. By leaning into creativity and embedding art into the full planning process, wedding professionals can elevate their work, deliver exceptional client experiences, and position themselves as leaders in the luxury wedding space.
