Minimum Package – £895 + VAT per year
Includes an SEO and AI-optimised website listing with direct enquiries, one social media feature, and inclusion within a relevant editorial blog.
Premium Package – £4,000 + VAT per year
Includes everything in the minimum package. In addition, this package provides multiple social media features, inclusion in a second editorial blog, a dedicated solus blog with a do-follow link to your website, direct introductions to relevant wedding planners, and guaranteed positioning within the top three venues in the relevant destination category on our website.
Full Representation – £8,000 + VAT per year
Includes full marketing representation, proactive strategic outreach, enhanced planner engagement and elevated editorial visibility. This level of partnership supports venues seeking a more integrated, market-facing presence within the UK and US luxury destination sector.
All packages operate on a minimum 12-month term and may be adapted where appropriate.

Starting from £4,000 + VAT
We arrange, invite and manage suitable UK and US planners to attend destination-based FAM trips. This includes planner selection, strategic outreach and coordinated marketing before and after the trip to maximise visibility and engagement.
UK-Based Planner Lunches & Dinners
Starting from £500 + VAT
We arrange and invite suitable planners to private lunches or dinners hosted in the UK. These smaller-format events allow venues to build relationships directly with relevant planners in a controlled, high-quality setting.
Each activation is structured around audience suitability and long-term positioning rather than volume.
